One Piece: The Treasure is on the Moon

One Piece has been going on for almost Twenty-Five years at this point. And one of the biggest unanswered questions has been where the treasure is located. Now, current readers and anime watchers may come to the conclusion that the One Piece is located on the island of Laugh Tale. As described during the Roger Pirates backstory in the Wano Country Arc. But the one thing that sticks out to me is the name of the island, Laugh Tale. The mysterious treasure is not shown and the only thing that we have from the island's exploration is everyone laughing at the end of the journey. This could be seen as an emotional response to the end of a long journey with a soon-to-be dead and beloved captain, yet I feel like there is more to it. The reason I believe as to why the Roger Pirates are laughing, is that the One Piece is actually on the Moon.

Roger Laughing
As ridiculous as this theory is, I feel there is some weight behind it. A key component to this idea are the Celestial Dragons (Tenryubito) who wear space-like attire. While the bubbles have a defined-reason as to why they are present, that does not negate how the appearance can come off to others. These outfits themselves separate from others in this universe and do not resemble much of anything else, making them very unique. This uniqueness allows them to really set the standard, that they are indeed God-like beings. But the reasoning behind the bubbles seems a little too simple for me, as the moving walkways in Mary Geoise have proven otherwise. The bubbles are not just designed to keep their air pure, but to also keep them breathing in space. As for the rest of the body, this style of dress that many Celestial Dragons wear resembles astronaut space suits with some flair. Another point to note is the term, celestial. It can be used to describe heavenly objects or beings, however the other side of that coin is space and other extraterrestrial matters. Where would Celestial beings be without their God or former God in this sense, the Moon Man.
Charloss (Celestial Dragon)
Who is the Moon Man you may ask? The only man known to the on the moon of course, Enel. The former God of Skypiea made it to the Fairy Vearth, otherwise known as the Moon. This can be found in the One Piece cover story known as Enel's Great Space Operations. While here, he discovered an alien-race, along with many different machines and architecture relating to another civilization that could pre-date some on the planet where One Piece takes place. With the Moon being unexplored for the most part, it is within the realm of possibility that an otherworldly or Celestial treasure is waiting there. And what better guardian for that treasure than a God. But Enel doesn't have to be the guardian either, he can just be a marker that says, this place exists and something is here. While many of the cover stories are to show off what other characters are doing when not in the main story, it should be note that the Cipher Pol cover story confirmed that they did not die at Enies Lobby. Which in turn opened up the possibility and eventual return of characters: Rob Lucci, Kaku, and Spandam. There is no reason to believe that this side story is just another goofy adventure, but one that may have plot significance.
The name of the moon city was Birka. Due to a lack of resources, they set out for the blue planet
With the Roger Pirates Laughing and lacking a confirmation on the treasure, the Celestial Dragons adorning space-like attire, and Enel being on the Moon. I am willing to say that the One Piece is on the Moon. How the Straw Hats can get to the Moon is a different story, but if Enel can do it, I am sure there is a plausible way for them to make it. Could even see Vegapunk get involved, who knows. If the One Piece is on the Moon, I'll be popping off.
